Sleepezy News is Changing April 24, 2008 |
|
Hello and welcome This will be the last Sleepezy News as we know it. It's going to have to change format from the next issue. Because there are so many s-p-a-m messages around today, legitimate newsletters like Sleepezy are not getting delivered to a lot of people - it's called a high "bounce" rate. This is partly caused by the length of the newsletter and the live links at the bottom which trigger "bots" to delete it before it's even delivered. I've had many queries from people who've asked for Sleepezy News, but have never received it. So... it's gotta go! What I'm going to do is replace the longer newsletter with shorter, more snazzy messages containing important sleep tips, the latest news on sleep aids and warnings on sleeping pills if necessary - yes we can still have a rant! The links for the free sleep books will be a on separate page. In the next couple of weeks or so you'll receive a message from me to please confirm your subscription. Just click the link if you want to continue - if not you'll just stop getting messages from me. You won't have to unsubscribe. You're important to me, so I really hope you confirm your subscription! I'd love to keep talking to you. There will be a new book waiting for you if you confirm. Well we've just enough space left to discuss a new and "improved" sleep drug called (***drum roll***) Orexin-RA-1. However our excitement will need to be contained for a while yet as it's not due for release until 2012. What sets this sleeping pill apart? As well as helping us sleep, it will enable us to dream more. Existing sleeping drugs depress REM sleep (dreaming) which leads us to feel groggy & disorientated. O-RA-1 may also benefit memory, keep us from overeating and prevent us from becoming addicted to things like smoking and alcohol. The effects of Orexin-RA-1 don't wear off over time and it's not supposed to be addictive. Sound too good to be true? Well you know what they say... Look, if it's as good as it sounds and has no side effects I'll be first in line. Until then... watch this space. Catch up with you soon I hope, take care! Wendy |
