EFT For Insomnia

Eft for insomnia - It's effective, it's quick, it's painless and it's free! So why hesitate? It's probably because EFT is a little bit "left field" for some of us. EFT uses acupressure points to align our energy so that everything "works properly". It can be used for depression, stopping smoking, physical pain and more particularly, insomnia.
Not everyone will get instant results like the lady who wrote this article. However persistence will bring relief.
It's up to us to help ourselves and to use every available tool we can get our hands on.

I want to tell you that, like many others, I thought the EFT procedures seemed very weird and I didn't expect them to work for me. I delayed using them, even after I was sure I had the method right, because I was so afraid I would see no changes.

I am 38 years old, and as long as I can remember I've had insomnia (two to three hours laying awake at night, waiting for sleep). When sleep came, it was fitful, never very deep, with bad dreams, and frequent nightmares. Often I wake from my restless sleep, only to lay there some more. In addition, the last several years, whenever I go to bed to bed at night, my entire body--from head to toe--begins to itch. It feels like someone is poking me with hundreds of little pins. I don't itch during the day, only when I go up to bed to go to sleep at night. Only when my body and my mind are readying for sleep.

My husband's uncle sent us your information, and I was so intrigued, I ordered videos. But even then, I was afraid to try the techniques for fear they wouldn't work for me. However, one afternoon I tapped for insomnia, and that very night I was asleep in fifteen minutes, itching the entire time. I then had a horrific nightmare that woke me up screaming. So I got up and went into the living room and tapped for the specific nightmare, and then tapped for nightmares in general, and for any remaining insomnia. I went back to bed and quickly went to sleep, no more nightmares--even though I itched, I went to sleep.

(GC COMMENT: In my experience, insomnia is sometimes given instant relief with EFT--as in Jean's case. In other instances, however, there are many underlying causes which must be first unravelled and addressed with EFT before this type of success is achieved. This requires more advanced knowledge of EFT such as that contained in our more advanced training videos.)

JEAN CONTINUES: For three nights, I experienced quick and pleasant sleep!! The first in 30+ years!! So I tapped for the itching, and that night, my body was free from it!! My scalp itched, though, so I tapped for that, and my scalp doesn't itch! This has never happened before. I have NEVER been free of nightmares and bad dreams and insomnia, not for as long as I can remember.

I have been sleeping well and deeply for a week and a half! I have not itched in several nights now. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication.
