Dear Wendy, Thank you so much for your on-going efforts. I'm currently on a insomnia "bender", two months worth of losing entire nights of sleep. When I do sleep, it's not deep or restorative. I've been battling insomnia for over 15 years. It definitely takes a mental and physical toll. I'm a very high-energy, physical person, slumping about for the day is not for me. I appreciate any information you have. I'm planning on going to a Sleep Study center as soon as I can get in. Most Sincerely, Chris
