Dear Wendy, Thank you so much for your on-going efforts. I'm currently on a insomnia "bender", two months worth of losing entire nights of sleep. When I do sleep, it's not deep or restorative. I've been battling insomnia for over 15 years. It definitely takes a mental and physical toll. I'm a very high-energy, physical person, slumping about for the day is not for me. I appreciate any information you have. I'm planning on going to a Sleep Study center as soon as I can get in.

i am so thankful to you for all the efforts you have been making to reach out to people like me struggling to have a satisfying sleep. its more than 8 yrs, since i have had sound sleep... …as you said i found coffee to be one of the causes for insomnia.i stopped taking coffee a year back.thanks for all the help you have been rendering to sufferring people like me

Hi there Wendy, nice to get your news letter. Seems like i always get them on very important days. after useing your advice some time ago i now sleep like a kitten without taking a medication.
